Calappa bicornis Miers, 1884

Calappa is a genus of crabs known commonly as box crabs or shame-faced crabs.

Calappa bicornis, commonly known as the Two-Horn Box crab, has two distinctively different claws one has a special tooth for cutting open shells (gastropods) and the other with long slender fingers to pull out the exposed gastropod.
