Ich halte 2 dieser Anemonen seit 3 Jahren bei durchgehend 24-25 °C in einem normalen Riffbecken. Keine der beiden hat sich bisher geteilt. Sie sind sehr leicht haltbar. Am besten setzt man sie an einen Stein vor dem der Sand mindestens 3-4 cm hoch liegt. Bei Gefahr ziehen sie sich blitzartig zusammen und verschwinden dann im Sand. Diese Anemonen schlucken alles runter was in ihren sehr klebrigen Tentakeln hängen bleibt. Einsiedler, Schnecken und auch umhertreibende Korallen/Anemonen die sich abgelöst haben. Geschluckte Borstenwürmer kommen als stacheliger Klumpen wieder zum Vorschein. Alle Fische waren bisher klug genug ausreichend Abstand zu halten. Sitzt eine solche Anemone auf Riffgestein ist es nahezu unmöglich diese abzulösen. Sie stößt dann unzählige haarfeine Kampftentakel aus und lässt sich unter keinen Umständen mit Pinsel oder Zahnbürste runterkitzeln. Wird bei mir ab und zu mit Frostfutter zugefüttert.

Eine eher unscheinbare kleine Anemone, die eindeutig das Potential zur Plage hat, (ähnlich Manjanos). vermehrt sich bei mir ohne Zufütterung rasend schnell.
