Info

Prostheceraeus sp.

This is an undescribed flatworm. The photograph was taken from Água Grande, ST-ST, ST. Unforunately, no more information available.

Description: The flatworm has a broad orange margin bordered on both sides by a thin black line. The outermost edge of the mantle is a thin white line. The upper surface is light beige, darkening towards the center, and features a pattern of irregularly arranged dashes and lines of varying lengths. The pseudotentacles are formed from the folds of the mantle margin. The mantle margin is ruffled.

Unfortunately, there are still many undescribed flatworm species, so we are listing this one as *Prostheceraeus* sp.
