Info

Despite their name, isopod spiders are not spiders, but form a class within the jawed spiders.
Nymphon serratum can grow up to 5 cm in size and feeds predatorily on various invertebrates.

We would like to thank Alexander Semenov for a photo he took in the White Sea, a tributary of the Arctic Ocean in the north of the European part of Russia.
