Odontanthias is a genus of fish in the subfamily Anthiadinae and family Serranidae found in Atlantic, Indian and Pacific Ocean.
Occurs over rocky bottoms in fairly deep water!
This species is known to inhabit depths to 130 Meter.
A rare pale pink and yellow deepwater anthiid with a broad blackish-yellow submaginal band on soft portion of the dorsal fin, and the caudal fin with a yellow base and bright pink lobes and outer margins.
